MFT Participant Speaks about the Training

2015-16 Mindfulness Facilitator Training participant Giorgio Handman shares how EMI’s training gave him the tools to better serve young people…

“It’s been transformative, and very beautiful, very gentle. It’s all been about us as the students or learners experiencing [how] we want to … hold space for whoever were working with. I’ve incorporated mindfulness into work with young people as I’ve been going along, but it definitely feels like everything got a lot deeper here… I feel excited to go out there and continue doing my work, because I feel like it is gelling together”
