EMI Financial Policies, Cancellation & Refund Policies​

 

Training fees are nonrefundable if a registration is canceled by the participant within one month (30 days) of the start date. 

If a registration is canceled by the participant more than one month (31 days) before the program start date, a full refund will be issued, minus the $250 deposit.

We reserve the right to substitute faculty at any time or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the Engaged Mindfulness Institute cancels the training, workshop, registrants will receive full credits or refunds of the paid registration fees. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare or any other expenses related to attending the workshop.
