About the event
This group generally works with audio of well-known teachers and various series of guided meditations presenting the schema of the four foundations of mindfulness (as well as the supporting factors).
Other examples of guided meditations that we will practice with: 16 Stages of Breathing, Intentions, Hindrances, 5 Aggregates, Body, Feelings, Mental Formations, Awakening factors, 4 Immeasurables (Metta, Compassion, Appreciative Joy, Equanimity) etc.)
Recommended book: Analayo's Satipatthana Practice Guide, his book Mindfully Facing Climate Change, and his book on Mindfulness of Breathing. Additional material will be posted in the comments (of this event) as we move through these practices.
