Are there any conditions (such as anxiety, panic, depression, drug addiction, alcoholism, or other mental health conditions requiring treatment), or life changes (such as recent loss, change of job, marriage or divorce), or significant trauma that might make meditation practice difficult at this time. We recommend that only those who are experiencing a considerable degree of stability consider joining this program.

Applicants aren’t always able to accurately assess their readiness to join an intensive year-long program and attend group retreats. We do not have staff resources to support special psychological needs. Therefore, we require two referrals from established meditation teachers or long-term mindfulness practitioners.  We may contact your reference(s) to verify they perceive you as a suitable candidate for this program.

I have daily (non-public) computer access with high-speed internet. I have proficient skills in navigating in online environments (**required for enrollment).

Are you requesting any special accommodations related to your participation?
